Class Passport of Savings

Quality education at Loving Stitches has always been of the utmost importance and we have made every effort to offer a variety of learning opportunities while keeping them affordable priced.  Now we are offering a way to make it even more cost efficient for you to take all the classes you would like to take at Loving Stitches.  Effective this newsletter, class pricing will be done somewhat differently.  Each class will be priced individually as they have been in the past, but we are also introducing a new CLASS PASSPORT.

The passport will entitle you to register for almost all classes held at Loving Stitches for one fee.  Please note:  Because of contractual arrangements or limitation of class size, FTCC classes held at Loving Stitches and certain workshops as well as children's classes are not included in this offer.

Here's how it will work...

The passport will be available for purchase at the time you register for your first class.  The introductory price will be $50 payable by cash or check only and the fee is non-refundable.  To get a passport, you will need to complete a "Passport Application" and furnish required "documents" (your ID and a credit card).  When the passport is issued you can use it to register for any classes marked with an * on our class roster until the maximum umber of students allowed in each class is reached.

However, if you register for a class, you are expected to make every effort to attend the class.  To avoid the possibility of having those few who register for everything and show up for one or two classes, and basically tie up class slots for others who would REALLY have enjoyed taking the non-attended classes, there is a built-in safety net.  If you sign up for a class and cannot attend the first class, we will understand.  If you cannot attend the second class, well, anyone can forget.  BUT, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full class fee if you just sign up an don't come. It is the only way to be fair to everyone.  The passport is a privilege and a way for everyone to have more fun for less class fee expense.  Please appreciate that privilege and enjoy the extra opportunities to learn more.

The passport will be valid from April 1 2008 thru June 30, 2008.  The names of passport holders will be entered into a drawing to be held at the end of the semester for a prize quilters will appreciate!  Just a little way to tell you we appreciate your patronage and support.  We sincerely hope that, with rising gas prices, the new class passport will show you that we care.
