Loving Stitches provides on site repair and service for all Bernina sewing machine makes and models.
In order for us to evaluate or service your machine, please bring the following items:
Power Cord, Foot Control Pedal, Bobbin, Bobbin Case, General Purpose Needle Plate, General Sewing Foot, Buttonhole Foot, Free Motion Presser Foot, Embroidery Module and Hoop (if applicable)
IT IS A MUST - BRING YOUR WARRANTY CARD!!!!
Additionally, if you have a sample of any sewing problems you might be experiencing, please bring those samples with you.
Warranty Coverage
Things needed before we can repair a machine under warranty.
- Warranty Card
- Machine must be registered at Bernina of America
- Product must belong to the original purchaser
- Part is covered if failed due to normal wear and tear
- Consumer must use the machine for private and non-commercial application only
- Machine is not covered if abused or neglected
- Machine must be maintained accordining to the maintenance section in Guide Book, the Bernina or Bernette Operating Manual or according to the maintenance schedule for the Artista 200 sewing mahcines
- If the machine has been exposed to undue environmental conditions, such as flooding, electro static discharge, earthquake, lightning, etc. The warranty is invalid.
