Artista 730E
This is the top-of-the line Bernina, the most advanced Sewing and Embroidery System in the World. Included with every machine are 9mm wide stitches, sideways motion stitching, a push-button thread cutter, the revolutionary Bernina Stitch Regulator (with zigzag!) and fully re-sizable and re-scalable artista embroidery. If you can imagine it, you can create it, easier than ever before.
Let your creativity soar like never before! This is the same incredible top-of-the line machine as the 730E without the embroidery module, (which can be added later if you choose.) Artista 640E
Whether you prefer making quilts, garments, crafts or home decorating, the artista 640E with its expanded stitch library and super-sized 9mm stitch width, opens the doors for your creative spirit. And with re-scalable artista embroidery, your ideas will take flight like never before. This model includes the embroidery module and we package it with or without the Bernina Stitch Regulator.
The 640 is the same 9mm machine as the 640E, sold without the embroidery module. A 9mm machine gives you the capability of creating wider decorative stitches and zigzags. We package this machine with or without the Bernina Stitch Regulator (BSR), to suit your sewing needs. When using the BSR, the 640 can stitch straight or zigzag.
The 630E has a 5.5 mm stitch width, color touch screen and adds a new dimension to your embellishment possibilities with rescalable artista embroidery. This artista has the features and extensive stitch library to transform your ideas into the bold, beautiful, expressive projects you've always imagined. This machine is packaged with or without the Bernina Stitch Regulator and is capable of regulated free-motion in straight stitch or zigzag. Zigzag free-motion is very useful for thread painting.
This is the same machine as the 630E without the embroidery module. This model may be purchased with or without the BSR. Includes an extensive stitch package, the fluorescent sewing light, the hands-free system (knee lift), the beautiful color touch screen. We love the stitch altering area that displays changes made to the stitch. All the Artistas are easily programmable to create endless stitch combinations. The aurora 440 Quilter's Edition was designed with every feature a quilter could ask for. This machine includes the BSR, the best walking foot on the sewing market, a special securing stitch for quilting or piecing, a 1/4 inch foot, the flourescent sewing light, the hands-free system (knee lift) for raising and lowering the presser foot, 3 programmable alphabets for labeling your quilts, and an extensive decorative stitch package. This machine is also very portable for toting to classes.
This machine is the same size as the 440, with similar features and a stitch package and foot selection more suited to garment sewers. It includes the embroidery module and the software to allow you to connect your sewing machine to your computer for embroidery. This machine may be purchased with or without the BSR.

Activa Series
The Activas are true Bernina quality machines with both power and portability. They are slightly smaller and lighter weight, with push-button stitch selection, altered stitch memory, (the machine remembers how you set your stitch length, width and needle position), and needle up-down. The 240 model also includes mirror image, a flourescent sewing light, the hands-free knee lift, a removable sewing surface extension and the "Barbie case" accessory storage box. Most important, Activas are incredibly easy to learn how to use. All models include our thorough series of 6 three-hour classes.
The 230 includes a stitch package and foot selection well-suited to quilters. This model includes 2 alphabets for labeling your quilts, automatic buttonholes (for that occasional garment project!), the extended sewing surface and the "Barbie case" for neatly storing all your feet and accessories. The knee-lift and and flourescent light can be added to this model.
