This 12 inch pieced block is highlighted by a single fabric block, leaving lots of space for great quilting. We used a straight set resulting in a square quilt. You could of course add more rows to create a queen or king size quilt. The pieced block is simplified by using the Nifty Notions? Half Square (NNHS) and Quarter Square (NNQS) ruler.
